Individual, couples and family therapy
Clinical Supervision

Individual therapy is working one on one with the therapist to work on your own individual needs and wants through a trusting therapeutic relationship in a safe, comfortable environment.

Couples therapy focuses on the relationship between you and your partner and how each of you function within your relationship. It involves the process of clarifying your needs to one another and feeling heard while expressing those needs and desires.

Family therapy can involve part of the family or the entire family depending on the goal of treatment. Before starting family therapy, it is important that all members of your family agree to participate in order to reach a more effective outcome. I do family therapy with young children as well as adolescents and may choose to incorporate couples therapy with parents, especially when working with younger children.

Clinical Supervision:
As a certified clinical supervisor for Associate Clinical Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapist Interns, I work with new clinicians, helping them integrate their education and experience as they develop their skills and build confidence. I provide experienced clinical consultation and guidance utilizing a positive, supportive and encouraging approach.
